Stayed at a great hostel by the lake in a quiet part of town. The staff at Chili Kiwi were incredibly helpful and friendly, recommending an amazing tour with Ermitaño Expediciones to climb Volcán Villarrica. The comfortable and clean wooden rooms were cozy, and there was even a treehouse in the front garden for guests to enjoy. The location was perfect, close to town facilities and with beautiful views of the lake. Highly recommend this place for a homey and enjoyable stay.

The hostel had a great location, right by the lake and close to the main street. It was perfect for exploring the area. The treehouse accommodation was cozy and had amazing views of the lake and sunset. Plus, they had good facilities, including well-equipped kitchens and helpful staff.

At times, the hostel felt a bit crowded and lacking personal space. The walls in the main building were thin, so noise from other rooms could be bothersome.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions in the city. The multiple kitchens provided convenience and flexibility for cooking meals. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the kitchen was an issue, although this was mostly due to the behavior of some of the guests. The quality of the bedding, such as the pillows and mattress, was not up to par, and the windows did not properly close, resulting in chilly nights.

We had an amazing time at this awesome hostel! the location was perfect, close to the city center and the lake while still being in a quiet area. the hostel had a great social atmosphere, with plenty of common rooms and beautiful gardens. We loved staying in the cute and comfortable wooden 'hobbit' houses and old vans that were converted into private rooms. the treehouse offered a stunning view of the lake. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. We also enjoyed renting kayaks and the social activities organized by the hostel. it was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Cons: Was all great! 👍.
